Job Summary
In charge of checking, managing and implementation of quality control processes at job site executing at the
set standards and specifications.
Job Responsibility
1. Review plans, specifications and works various.
2. Conduct inspections prior to execution of works.
3. Reviews method statement and submittals.
4. Monitor compliance of materials and work executions to the set standards/specifications as stipulated in
the contract.
5. Prepares QA/QC reports.
6. Documents quality control issues such as non-compliance and variations in plans.
7. Comply with safety policy and standard procedures.
8. Perform other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.

Basic Requirements

Knowledge in basic requirements, concepts and procedures of quality assurance/control
Knowledge in the preparation of CQC Report and Document Management

Job Specifications
Education: Graduate of BS Mechanical/Sanitary/Electrical Engineering
Experience: Minimum of 1 to 3 years working experience in the construction industry, knowledge of the basic
requirements, concepts and procedures of QA/QC.
Trainings Required (but not as a condition for hiring): 1. Job Orientation 2. ISO/QMS Orientation 3. Required
trainings in Safety 4. QWS 5. Engineers Development Program
Certification Required: Licensed ME, SE and EE
