Time extension, if required on any account will have to be brought to the notice of
JGSPG at least 1 (one) week in advance from the date of scheduled job completion with
proper details & justification.
7. REPORT OF ACCIDENT
In case of any accidents, the contractor shall report the incident as required by Plant
rules to the concerned authorities. He will be fully responsible for the same including
any expenses for medical treatment or compensation or any other charges required to
be borne.
8. COMPANY AND GOVERNMENT POLICIES
Adherence to JG Summit Petrochemical Corporation Safety Standards and Policies.
Compliance to all local as well as national government applicable rules and
regulations.
Insurance requirement and policies as well as to cover all activities under the All Risks
Insurance Policy.
9. DAMAGE TO EXISTING LINES AND EQUIPMENT
Any damage incurred on the existing structures and utilities equipment in the area will
be repaired/replaced by the contractor’s own expense.
10. Methodology and qualified manpower list shall be submitted together with the bid
proposal as part of the technical evaluation requirement and consideration.
The contractor shall supply at his cost, all materials, tools and equipment required
for completing the work. All materials and items supplied by contractor shall be new and
of reputed make, meeting the requirements specified in the relevant technical
specifications / standards.
D. DOCUMENTS
Contractor shall submit copy of all required documents during submission of Bid
Proposal for owners review and approval during technical evaluation.
1. Project Cost & Estimate
2. Detailed Project Schedule
3. Detailed Manpower and Equipment schedule
4. Methodology
The contractor shall submit copy of each of the following as part of completion
documents.
1. All approved procedures and shop drawings.
2. Inspection/quality checklist.
3. As-Built drawings in hard copy and electronic copy after completion of works for
JGS approval and acceptance.
4. Any other reports required by the Engineer-in-charge/ inspection.
F. SAFETY REQUIREMENT
Contractor shall submit a copy of all required safety documents once project is awarded
1. Schedule of the activities
2. Risk Assessment / JHA of Activities
3. Methodology and/ or work procedure
4. Number and names of personnel to be involved
5. Tools and Equipment to be used. (All tools and equipment must be inspected by
JGS Electrical, Mechanical and Safety upon mobilization at site.

6. Contractor SHE Program
7. Emergency Response Procedure/Plan
8. Waste Management Program
9. Journey Management Plan for vehicle entry
10.Training Certificates of Personnel ( if any)
G. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
SCOPE:
1. All the items of work covered under this tender shall be carried as per the
specifications,
drawings and details to be furnished to the Contractor. However, the Engineer-in-
charge / Site Engineer reserves the right at any time to give additional / alternate
specifications and instructions for erection of any particular work and the Contractor
shall execute such works in accordance with such additional / alternate
specifications and instruction of Site Engineer.
2. All acts, deeds, matters and things required to fulfill the Contractors obligations and
to full fill municipal and or other statutory requirements for due execution of the
work shall be deemed to be included in the scope of work.
Notes:
1. Contractor to verify site and drawings for the final quantities required on the Bill of
Materials.
2. Contractor to provide vendor drawings, specifications and electrical data for all
supplied materials and equipment for JGS approval prior to any purchase.
3. Electrical equipment is subject to Factory Acceptance Test and witnessed by JGS prior
to delivery at site.
4. All existing structures and utilities damaged during the execution of work shall be
repaired and restored to its original condition at the contractor’s cost.
5. Procurement of materials is not included in the above proposed duration of the project.
