Abstract

The project “Talent Scholarship Portal” is a software package developed for managing
student’s scholarship details, academic details and bank details. The software is very
helpful to find the eligible candidates from different colleges on the basis of merit. The
project finds the eligible candidates from registered students list on the basis of marks
and family income. My project is developed using PHP with MySQL as database. PHP is a
powerful tool for web programming and is the front-end of this project with MySQL as
backend. It is the most powerful database server and it provides data integrity and
consistency.
The main motive of the project is to help the financially poor students and scholarship is
provided on the basis of merit.
