City Center Fatmawati Apartment is located on Fatmawati street West Cilandak,

South Jakarta. The building project of City Center Fatmawati Apartment is one of
the development projects by PT. Multikon and supervised directly by the owner of
PT. Mekaelsa (Agung Sedayu Group). The type of contract used is Lump Sum
Fixed Price with a contract value of Rp. 236,500,000,000. One of the basic things
needed in a building is a shear wall that is used to withstand lateral loads such as
earthquake and wind forces, so the method of implementing shear wall work on
the shear wall SW1B As T1-X2 – T1-X4 10th Floor on the construction project of
City Center Fatmawati Apartment is carrying out the shear wall work itself, starting
from marking axes, fabricating reinforcement, reinforcing reinforcement,
manufacturing formwork, casting, formwork removal and then ending by curing
shear wall. Reinforcement used for shear wall is D16 reinforcement for D13 flexural
reinforcement and reinforcement for stirrup reinforcement and unilateral
reinforcement. The quality of concrete used for the shear wall is K-500, so that the
founding volume is 4,47 m³.
