The construction project Building of Loftvilles City Apartment in Ciputat, Tangsel, Banten.
PT. Bukit Sarua Development, the owner of the project building build the apartment which
has the function as the fasilities for people to live. The type of contract that has been
used in this building is Lumpsum Fixed Price which has Rp 318.080.000.000,00 as the
value. This project has the making time for about 600 days in calendar and the
maintenance time for about 180 days in calendar. Based on the building contruction
project, implementation of floor plate casting is one of the most important thing because
floor plate is a part of the building element to live. Casting is the pure concrete pouring
activity into the cast of a set reinforced iron structure elements. Floor plate is a separate
space construction horizontally at multi-storey wall. The function of floor plate is to receive
and deliver the load and to separate the space. There are several things that need to be
paid attention of the building project, there are the strength of the building structure and
the building method that used in the area. The method of the floor plate casting at the
Loftvilles City Apartment building project is the Concrete Pum. The volume calculation of
the casting is important to decide the amount of needed materials. The materials of the
casting process are ready mix concrete, reinforced steel and fromwork. The result from
the casting volume calculation at the 11th floor is 249,8017 m3.
