SUBJECT: WARNING LETTER FOR POOR JOB PERFORMANCES

Dear Ms Rose,

Over the past three week I have been received complain about the adequacy of your job
performance. We are working in an estasblised organisation and our duty to bring our
performance to satisfaction level. The company hired you to perform the position of Sales
Marketing. Prior to being offered the position your references and experience listed on your
resume indicated you had the ability to perform the primary duties required for this position.

Since I have been received a few complain about the repeatation of your work tardiness, you
also frequently been late for work, all your deadlines are been late submission due to you
have to re-do all your mistakes in your work. I, as a person in charge of Human Resources
Department, are hereby warned to develop your performance; failure to do so shall invoke
appropriate action.

The Manager of Human Resources Department requested you to submit a written explanation
on your poor performance as soon as you receive this letter.

Take a note that your performance would be stringently reviewed in the coming months, and
a final decision would be taken depending on your performance in these months. You would
invite strict action in the form of termination, if any positive action is not seen on your part.
An overall satisfactory performance is expected from you by the company.

This warning letter serves as an eye opener to you even this letter can make you more
depressed, decreasing your performance. I should not ignore your past performance in this
company. In that case, I will help you to gain back your work motivation, I will ask the
Human Resource Department Manager to give you change to attend the Seminar Held at
Kota Kinabalu December 2019 if you increase you level of performance. Also, if your
performance reaches the required standard, this warning will be retained on file but normally
not considered for disciplinary purposes after this period.

Finally, the company will monitor your performance as soon as you receive this letter and I
personally want to see your consistently improve on your level of work. It was a huge
significance to the company's growth if we as employees work as a team together to acheaive
the company goal. So, the company has huge expectations from you, and you should feel free
to communicate to me if you have any problems from your side.

I will meet with you next Monday to review the written explanation. During the next 30 days,
I will meet with you each Friday to review your reports. You will be responsible for
completing your job dateline accurately and on time. Also I will monitor your working time,
time by time if necessary. If you do not make the necessary job performance improvements
we will consider further disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal.

Lastly, this written warning is being issued pursuant to The Company Disciplinary Policy,
and will remain active in your personnel files for 12 months or until you receive at least an
overall evaluation of “Good” and a “Good” on Manager of Sales Department which covers
your reporting responsibilities. Alternatively, this written warning may be made inactive at
any time deemed appropriate by management.
