: 1. Teacher shows a video to the pupils.

2. Pupils respond.

: ACTIVITY 1:
1. Teacher introduces 5 animals to the pupils ( Cat, Dog, Duck, Fish, Chick)
ii. LESSON DEVELOPMENT 2. Pupils are asked about the characteristics of the animals.
3. Pupils are asked about their opinion on the animals
“Do you like ___________?”
“ Yes. I like ___________”
“ No. I don’t like __________”

ACTIVITY 2:

1. In groups pupils are given animals for each group.


2. Teacher distributes a checklist of the animals.
3. Pupils do ‘One stay other stray’ activity and they state which animals that they like
or don’t like.

: 1. In groups pupils present the list of animals that they like or don’t like.
iii. POST-LESSON 2. Then, each groups have to present their favourite animals.
3. Teacher instill values of love and care towards animals.
