I would consider myself as a confident, hard-working, kind and helpful person. I


follow instructions well. I meet all deadlines and assure that all work is delivered
professionally. I am confident at dealing with people and I strive to do my best. I am
always willing to help and I am friendly and approachable.

I am currently studying at Shipley College doing a 2 year business course. I plan to


progress to University after the course.

Work Experience:
Hare UK Exports: (25/02/19 - 7/06/19)
● 30 days of work experience.
● Hare UK Exports is a car exporting company based in the UK. They buy and
sell vehicles.
● I was in charge of the online marketing sector. My role was to manage all their
online social media and advertisements. During my time there, I managed all
the websites and media pages. I also dealt with customers on the phone
receiving feedback and issues.

Morrisons Farmers Boy: (07/10/19 - 14/10/19)


● A full week of work experience from Monday to Friday.
● I was in charge of the technical area inside the warehouse. My role was to
observe everyone to make sure they are doing everything correctly. I also did
regular checklists in every department to make sure the buildings were safe.
● I was also given a HR role. My job was to answer phone calls from customers
on the feedback and issues they had. I had to note them down on a
spreadsheet and deal with them individually with a co-worker.

Grand Indian Lounge Restaurant: (02/02/19 - 25/05/19)


● I have worked part-time during the weekends and have done over 30 days.
● My main job role was waitering. I dealt with customers face-to-face as I have
good communication with people. It was a fairly basic job but gave me good
knowledge of working with people and dealing with customers.

Hobbies and Interests:

I really enjoy travelling. I love to travel and I’ve been to many countries around the
world such as Dubai, Canada, America and Bangladesh. I also have a good interest
in football. I am a big fan of Liverpool FC and love to watch matches with my family.
Working is also an interest I enjoy. I love to work and get assignments done on-time
as it makes me feel proud as I always deliver high quality assignments.
