Responsibilities
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, field sales,
meeting architects, builders, and social media
Learn details about our products and services
Understand all the prospects needs, problems or wants
Explain how our solutions align with the customer pain points
Meet with potential clients and act as their consultant
Up-sell when appropriate
Follow up with leads regularly
Identify buyer persona profiles
Recruit, hire and train new sales representatives
Investigate leads and find out about them as much as possible before contacting
Consult with team leads to ensure the efficiency
Identify most important sales KPIs
Track and monitor your work regularly
Prepare and present reports when needed
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections .
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data .
Attend events and seminars within the industry
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in the industry.
Report to management team with proper reporting trackers
