Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated experienced sales person in SaaS environment. This is an
exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-growing FINTECH that has a full-service software
platform for the lending Companies and a SaaS solution for these NBFC, FINTECH and banks.

Key Responsibilities- What you would be doing:

 Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through active prospecting (referral calling/emails/sales
tools) in order to achieve sales.

 Conduct demo of our innovative digital and AI driven solution and services.

 Signing and onboarding new logos.

 Creation and execution of end-to-end marketing campaigns to position company products as


solutions for lenders (our customers and partners).

 Keep abreast of the latest trends in the lending & collections landscape to generate meaningful
conversations and sales opportunities in the target market

 Work with internal Support and Implementation teams to ensure on time resolution of Client's
technical issues

 Partner with internal stakeholders and customers to review services, manage escalations and deliver
business solution.

What you need for this position:

 Minimum experience in selling enterprise financial services solution / SaaS products for 1-5 years.

 Excellent communication skills and has to have good understanding of banking terminologies and
trends in lending.

 Fair understanding of SaaS sales performance metrics.

 Excellent negotiation, communication, time management and organizational skills.

 Proven ability to understand client pain points and proposing solutions.

 Proven ability to work and effectively communicate with Clients and line of business
representatives.

Assistant Manager: Client relationship & Sales- B2B SaaS -FINTECH

Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven sales manager to actively seek new business opportunities, engage
and build relationships with potential customers. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions
for every potential customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and
profitability.

Responsibilities- What you would be doing:


 Researching, identifying, sourcing, generating and nurturing new sales opportunities
 New NBFC and Lending FINTECH target identification & segment classification for our product &
service Sales.
 Understand customer (Fintech, NBFC, Banks) different service needs & requirements and bring them
into a business cycle.
 Analyses and creates a plan for engaging continuously.
 Possess strong and proven expertise in IT product sales
 Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet
their objectives
 Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
 Keep abreast of the latest trends in the lending & collections landscape to generate meaningful
conversations and sales opportunities in the target market
 Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
 Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
 Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
 Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts using key account metrics.

What you need for this position:


 Minimum experience in selling enterprise financial services SaaS products for 2-4 years. Freshers can
also be considered with the right aptitude for SaaS sales.
 Excellent communication skills and has to have good understanding of banking terminologies and
trends in lending.
