III. PROCEDURE
A. Starter/Motivation

Introduce the game “Step-Up”. There are a set of questions that students need to
answer using the floor math. Students need to use their body parts to combine certain
numbers to come up with the answer.

B1. Presentation/ Discussion

1. Provide real life situations regarding adding and subtracting 1 digit whole
numbers using the six interactions in the Rathmell Triangle Model.
