SOP Mid/Final

1. Teachers should tell about the mid/final test and the type of essay to the students one or
two meetings before the due day. Teachers also share the soft file of the essay sheet to
the students.
2. The test is done individually. Every student has to make an essay and choose their own
topic.
3. Teachers will spare one/two meetings for consultation which are scheduled before the
due day.
4. The students submit their essay both SOFT FILE and PRINT OUT forms on the
scheduled test day.
5. ALL students should COME in the scheduled test day because they will SIGN Mid/
Final attendance list for their attendance. On the other hand, the students who DON’T
COME will be counted as ABSENCE.
6. Teachers have to stay during the time and in the classroom provided as scheduled.
7. Teacher should grade both the soft file (to see the similarity to prevent plagiarism) and
the print out forms (to grade the essay).
8. The essay is typed in Times New Roman, 12 font size, and 1,5 spacing.
9. For soft file, rename the file into Name_NIM_CLASS. (e.gFitri

10. The soft file will be checked using Turnitin.com. The password will be given to the
teacher on the scheduled test day. Teacher can only access Turnitin for a period of time
(2 days only).
11. Students with over 30% plagiarism will FAILthe testwith 0 score and CANNOT join
the remedial.
