Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption (VPSA) Oxygen Production


Technology is used in various industries such as metals, glass, cement,
pulp & paper, refining and so on.

This technology is base on the different adsorption capabilities of the


speicial adsorbent to O2 and other compositions in the air. The product
oxygen purity can be up to 93%.

SOLUTIONS PSA-O2

The compressed air passes through the air purification system to remove
the impurities, such as oil, water and dust, and into the adsorption tower
with zeolite molecular sieve. The nitrogen, carbon dioxide and water vapor
in the air are adsorbed in large quantities by molecular sieves, and oxygen
and nitrogen are separated because of the high diffusion rate of oxygen.
When the nitrogen and other impurities in the adsorption tower reach
saturation, the pressure is reduced and the zeolite molecular sieve is
regenerated and reused.
The two adsorption towers are operated under the control of PLC and
continuously produce high quality oxygen.

Ethanol is a renewable energy and a clean fuel with high octane. But
the highest concentration of industrial ethanol produced by
fermentation is only 95% after distillation which can not be directly
filled into gasoline as vehicle fuel.

TCWY provides Ethanol Dehydration Plant based on Pressure Swing


Adsorption (PSA) technology with lowest energy consumption to
process the water-containing ethanol to fuel grade ethanol.

The 95% water-containing ethanol is pressurized, vaporized and


overheated, then enters into the adsorbers where the water is
removed through molecular sieve adsorption and finally obtain
99.5%~99.9% fuel ethanol.
