1. Executive Summary:

As a part of preventive maintenance activities activities 400/220 kV S/s. PODILI has decided
to carry out offline testing on their Transformer.

For the stated purpose MEIL – PODILI appointed Laxmi Associates as service provider. The
detailed test results and analysis are given in this document.

2. Scope of work:

Carry out diagnostic testing on transformers and submit a detailed test report.

3. Reference:

The condition of power transformer evaluated in reference with the following standards
and publications.

IS 3156-4 (1992) is applicable to transformers for use with electrical measuring

instruments.
