Terms and Conditions

By booking at GameOn VR Cafe you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
1. Advance once deposited will not be refunded
2. GameOn VR charge 50% Advance
3. Date once booked will not be changed.
4. GameOn VR do not serve or entertain Alcohol/ Alcoholic Drinks in our Cafe.
5. GameOn VR reserve the right of Admission.
6. In case of Cancellation, No amount will be refunded.
7. In the event of unforeseen circumstances including illness which could result in you cancelling the party, we
will endeavour to reschedule the birthday party for a time that suits. If this is not possible, GameOn VR will
refund your deposit provided you give us 10 days notice.
8. Health and Safety GameOn VR Cafe will provide a short briefing at the beginning of the party to
demonstrate how utensils can be used in a safe way. However, personal loss, injury, damage, neglect or
involvement to or by you and any other party attendee will not be the liability of Funky Lunch. Our parties are
hands on and all participants are expected to be aware and act appropriately given the risks.
Parents/guardians are encouraged to assist younger children when needed.
9. GameOn VR do not take any responsibility of Theft in our premises. Customer is advised to take
precautions.
