range ultrasonic can inspect very long pipe in a second. Portable hardness
of metallic material everywhere in any position. Positive material
identification can identify composition of raw material with each
percentage. Ferrite content test can give us information about percentage
of ferrite in a raw material. Advance technology in NDT makes Inspection
to be faster, precise and reliable.
2. Heat Treatment
Welding Pre Heat is advanced automated system control and document
welding pre heat to reduce thermal stress in three primary ways. First, it
drives off moisture that would release hydrogen that could penetrate the
steel and cause porosity and subsequent cracking second, it reduces heat
loss to surrounding metal, minimalizing the rate of weld hardening and
allowing hydrogen that is present to escape. And finally, it improves the
microstructure and durability of heat-affected zone.
Post Weld Heat Treatment is carefully controlled Post Weld Heat
Treatment (PWHT) is a crucial step in maximizing the life of your process
equipment. PWHT tempers the metal and reduces tensile stress,
minimizing the risk of brittle fracture, stress and corrosion cracking and
metal fatigue. This is especially important for equipment in harsh service
environments.
Heat Treatment (Annealing and Normalizing) is Cast offer a range of
services for annealing and normalizing to alter properties of metals that
may or may not contain welds. 250 OC Curing of protective coatings,
protective linings, GRP joint, decongestion, heat expansion, fitting or

EaseUs helps us to clone an old hard disk to a new one, clone a small
hard disk to a large one and clone HDD to SSD.
2. EaseUS Features
Here are the features in cloning hard disk using EaseUS :
a. Save Hark Disk Drive (HDD) Image, HDD to other HDD from
local HDD, to different external HDD.
b. Save partition, Partition to backup partition and Partition Hacks
(Change the route to where the partition is returned).
c. Sector by sector copy.
b. Supported with IDE, SATAI, SATAII, SCSI, Firewire (IEEE1394)
and USB drives.
c. Supported with Dynamic Disk, Inaccessible Disk Copy and
Booting from CD ROM.
d. User-friendly interfaces.
e. Relay disk space facility, if the destination hard disk space isn’t
enough.
2) Then, after the reference computer has been connected with the
destination hard disk, Launch EaseUS disk cloning software.
4) The next step is that we choose the cloning mode. There are two
mode of cloning, Disk Mode and Partition Mode. The disk mode
cloning will clone the entire disk, while partition cloning only clone
one partition to another partition. So, we choose Disk Mode, then
choose Disk 0 as source disk, click Next.
7) Here are the layout before we clone the disk. Click OK to continue
the process.
9) Then, it will show the disk cloning operation lists. In disk cloning,
a reboot is required. So, we click Apply.
10) After that, a question box will appear before we reboot the
computer. Choose Yes.
11) Then, computer will start rebooting and starting the clone disk
initialization process. Wait until the process bar in the dialogue box
appears.
14) Here are the appearance when cloning partition C: of Disk 1 and
create new partition in Disk 2.
15) Here are the appearance when cloning partition E: of Disk 1 and
create new partition in Disk 2.
16) The cloning process is completed! Both of the disks have the same
size and space.
17) Then, you can eject the destination disk and connect into a
computer or laptop that does not have an operating system (OS), set
boot in BIOS via hard disk, then it will automatically doing the OS
installation, the process will be faster than installing manually.

CLOSING
4.1 Conclusion
As long as I was participating in industrial work practices at PT. CAST
LABORATORIES, I got a lot of experiences and lessons. Moreover, this
industrial work practices instruct me to be more discipline and responsible.
The conclusions that can be written in writing this report are :
4.2 Suggestion
During the preparation of this report, the author has several suggestions
or advises that can be used by readers who want to clone hard disk,
suggestions are as below :
20
21
1. Before cloning, clean the partition from the destination hard disk
previously, because if it is not cleaned, the process will be obstructed.
2. When cloning hard disk, it is recommended to use the same size hard
disk, because if the destination hard disk has a larger size, then the rest
of the size will be unlocated.
