Are You Up for the Bad Boy Challenge?

1. Don’t post on social media
2. Stop contacting any & all crushes
3. Get your ass to the gym and work out
4. Let the hair on your head and facial hair grow
5. Volunteer – do without expecting anything in return
6. Go shopping for the essentials (aka Alpha’s bad boy uniform): dark slim fit
jeans, black slim fit tee shirt or Henley, boots or sexy sneaks, denim or leather
jacket, a gold or rose gold watch, and a cool pair of shades
7. Make an appointment with a barber or stylist – identify hair color & density +
length, google search, and take screenshot and bring with you.
8. Analyze your facial hair situation — perhaps add a beard (if so, clean it up) or
soul patch or chin hair. The sky is the limit — experiment and add confidence
to your face
9. Add your new persona back into social media — add slowly
10. Squeeze and scream!
