House of Quality Matrix of Dominos

Dominos provides various types of pizzas ranging from low to high prices with small
(regular) to large sizes. Taste of the pizza depends on the cooing material used and
customer also prefers the pizzas with relatively high nutritional value. Dominos provides
“30 minutes home delivery” which increases the customer’s attraction towards the store
as well as it is great advertisement strategy. Dominos also provides offers like “Everyday
Value Offer” which provides pizzas of different sizes and texture at relatively lower price.
Types and amount of topping used in the pizza depends upon the size and price of the
pizza.
In pizza business, there are two major competitors of Dominos – Pizza Hut and Papa
Jones. Dominos has the higher prices for the same combination of pizzas. Also, it is best
in providing fastest delivery. To improve the business, Dominos has to improve its
discount strategies and the related advertisement expenses as it lags behind the
competitors in these fields.
