ISA’S LEGACY FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS

Conexión Jaguar, ISA’s sustainable program, was elaborated in colaboration


with it’s technical allies, “Polo Sur” and “Panthera”, in order to contribute with:

• Biodiversity conservation
• Climate change mitigation
• Conectivity of jaguars’ natural habitat in Latin America.
• Development of rural communities.

The program provides technical and economic support for the best rural initiatives to
exchange certified carbon credits with the highest standards worldwide to finance
conservation.

It contributes to obtain climate change objectives of the country, in accordance with


international agreements.

Energy Transmission Business

Company Description Shareholding structure

 In 2002, through a public auction, the ISA Group obtained the good pro and
received in concession the exploitation rights of the electric transmission systems
in charge of the companies ETECEN and ETESUR. After obtaining the good pro,  Longitud de red: 62,038 km  Longitud de red: 13,729 km
REP was established in July 2002, being ISA and Transelca the founders. In July  Ratings: Baa2/BBB-/BBB+  Ratings: NR/BBB-/BBB
of the same year, GEB acquired 40% equity interest.
 Currently, REP has 29.4% of the market share, and together with ISA companies
in Peru, it controls around 70% of the energy transmission market.
