Mackay Flood Recovery and Road Reconstruction Project, Queensland


 $110 million Contract largest package for the Mackay and Whitsunday region.
 Located in Regional Queensland under Camp and FIFO arrangement.
 96km of pavement rehabilitation works along various sections of highway on the
existing alignment under live traffic.

Sydney Light Rail, New South Wales


 $2.1billion PPP Contract ; Design, Build, Own, Operate
 13 km of new double track light rail. Includes: under tunnel, bridge over distributer, 20
stations, interchange facilities, 30 light rail vehicles and a stabling yard and
maintenance depot
 The project construction starts in 2015.

East West Link, Victoria – Cancelled


 $6.3 billion PPP Contract Design, Build, Own, Operate.
 6.6 kilometres long and will include twin 4.4 km three-lane tunnels.

ACCIONA Concessions is one of the leading infrastructure developers in the World by number
and volume of projects, with a total experience of 33 projects developed and managed

Currently, ACCIONA Concessions holds a portfolio of 23 PPP projects in Brazil, Canada, Chile,
Mexico and Spain, including 11 highways (both toll and availability roads), three light rail
projects, six hospitals and other various infrastructure assets. The majority of the portfolio is at
operations stage having successfully achieved construction completion and commissioning

Some of the projects have been awarded important international recognitions such as:

 The “North American P3 Deal of the Year 2008” by Project Finance Magazine for the A$
1,7 billion A-30 highway in Canada
 The “2009 CCPPP National Awards for Innovation and Excellence” for the 500 bed Royal
Jubilee Hospital in Canada, currently under operation.
 The “Euromoney & Project finance Magazine 2004”, for the “CM 400 Highway (Consuegra
