PROCEDURE FOR OIL PENETRANT TEST FOR

ANNULAR TO SHELL

We will adopt the following procedure for complete said job.

1. Cleaning of outer and inner periphery of the shell to bottom joint by wire or
power brush.
2. Pasting of chalk on outer periphery of the said joint.
3. Spray of kerosene oil from inner side of the joint.
4. After four-hour outer surface will be checked accordingly. If there is any seepage,
rectification will be carried out accordingly and will be tested again.
