Patient : I am a Christian

Patient : Yes

Patient : I am a Teacher
Counter Office : Please come with me to the midwife’s room.

Counter Officer : Excuse Me, midwife, there is a new patient, this is the medical record.
Midwife : Thank you.
Midwife : Okay, Mis. Herlina Sandria, Come in and please sit down. What makes
you come to see me?
Patient : I have menstruation more than one month, dizzy, lower abdominal
pain.
Midwife : Now, I will check the vital signs.
Patient : Ok, Mis
Midwife : Please straighten your hand and roll you sleeve up.
Your blood pressure is 110/70 MmHg. Pulse cate is 80 times per
minute.
Temperature is 37 degrees Celsius, Respiration is 20 times per minute.
Patient : Thank you, midwife
Midwife : Now to the doctor’s room, to do further examination.

(After the midwife has finished examination the vital sign the patient is taken to the Doctor’s
room)
Patient : Good morning, Doc
Doctor : Good morning too, Mis Herlina, come in and please sit down.
According to your complaints. I will do a Pap smear. Please lay down.
Patient : How about my condition, doc?
Doctor : From the result of the examination, you experience symptoms of
cervical cancer. I will give you prescription and you may take it a
pharmacy. Here you are.
Patient : Oh no.
Doctor : Easy Mis, you will be okay if you following my advice
Patient : What must I do, Doc?
Doctor : Routinely do Pap Smears, maintain vaginal hygiene, get Human
Papilloma Virus vaccination, and avoid smoking.
Patient : Thank you Doc
Doctor : You’re welcome

(After the patient has received a prescription, the patient goes to the pharmacy)
Patient : Excuse me, I want to take my medicines
Pharmacy : Where is the recipe?
Patient : Here you are
Pharmacy : Okay, I will prepare the medicine
