We can assist you in receiving your BOND back in FULL with the cleaning of the
property that you are vacating. It is usually a hectic time when you are moving; we
are here to assist you if you require the property cleaned or only steam cleaned.
We work in conjunction with your real estate agency and are fully aware of the
condition report and obligations required by the tenant under the Residential
Tenancies Act when vacating the property. Our service and punctuality is 100%
guaranteed and your bond will be refunded with the agent fully satisfied with our
cleaning services.* *does not include stains that cannot be removed or any damage caused by the tenant to the property.

The requirements for vacate cleaning are as follows:

Carpet Steam Cleaning
Includes professional steam cleaning, stain removal treatment and deodorising
Kitchen
Includes kitchen sink, taps, splashback, internal/external cupboards, oven,
stove, dishwasher, range hood/exhaust fan (fridge and microwave where appl)
Bathroom & Laundry Sink/Recess
Bath/s, shower base/s, screen/s, sink/s/basin/s, internal/external
cupboards/vanity unit/s, toilet/s, wall/floor tiles, grouting and ceiling fans
scrubbed, degreased and disinfected. Mirrors and metal/chrome
tapware/fittings polished. (washing machine/dryer cleaned including filters
where applicable)
Windows
All accessible internal/external windows, frames, ledges/sills cleaned
General Cleaning
Floors vacuumed/swept and mopped with germicidal detergent.
Dusting and spot cleaning to all walls, doors/door frames, skirting boards,
light switches, power points and wardrobes including tracks and mirror doors.
Spider web removal throughout and cleaning of balcony where applicable.
Venetian blinds/ Roller blinds to be dusted only and washed at additional cost
Professional Laundering Services
This service is available for furnished apartments.
All linen is professionally washed and dried and beds are made up to hotel
standards
