Herewith is my quotation for the general cleaning and sanitizing of your unit located at the above
address.

GENERAL CLEANING
Scope of Works
1. Dust mop ceiling, damp wipe other lighting fixtures. Removing of hard dirt. Sanitize
2. Dust mop walls, damp wipe light switches, wall outlets, air con vents and doors.
Sanitize.
3. Vacuum/sponge with solution all windows panel, glass and railings, screens, interior
and exterior, damp wipe window frame including sides and corners. Sanitize.
4. Cabinets: vacuum shelves/horizontal and vertical surfaces. Damp wipe all surfaces.
Sanitize
5. Detailed cleaning of kitchen. Remove all mineral build up in all metal fixtures and sink.
Sanitize.
6. Detailed cleaning of bathroom and shower. Remove all mineral build-up in all metal
fixtures, sink and toilet bowl. Sanitize.
7. Remove all stuff from the cabinets and shelves. Individually dust/damp wipe and
8. Final manual mopping of floor. Remove the foul odor of dog's urine. Sanitize.
9. Inspection with customer or customer’s representative before leaving the premises .

Total Cost : Php 8,500.00

We estimate one (1) working day to accomplish the above scope of works.

Above quotation includes labor, equipment rentals, supplies and mobilization cost. Should the
