A non-refundable deposit shall be paid by Purchaser to Mr. Good Container Homes upon the acceptance
of this purchase order to initiate the order. Purchaser and Mr. Good Container Homes recognize and
agree that in the event that the Purchaser, after acceptance of this purchase order, shall cancel or refuse
to allow Mr. Good Container Homes to perform the work covered by this purchase order that the
damages suffered by Mr. Good Container Homes will be difficult to assess with reasonable mathematical
certainty and that the non-refundable deposit represents the anticipated or liquidated damages that Mr.
Good Container Homes will suffer as a result of the cancellation of the work covered by this purchase
order. Purchaser agrees that the non-refundable deposit for liquidated damages is a reasonable
approximation of the damages that Mr. Good Container Homes will sustain. In no way shall the deposit
for liquidated damages be construed as a penalty on the Purchaser.
Should Mr. Good Container Homes complete the work covered by this purchase order and Purchaser shall fail
to pay to Mr. Good Container Homes all sums owed under this purchase order, the non-refundable deposit for
liquidated damages shall in no way be construed to limit Mr. Good Container Homes’s recovery of damages
for the breach of this purchase order, to the amount of the non-refundable deposit for liquidated damages.
All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to
standard practices in the industry. No alteration or deviation from the specifications in this purchase order will
be allowed. Any delays in the performance of the work by the Mr. Good Container Homes, covered by this
purchase order occasioned by strikes, accidents, unavailability of materials, acts of war or like occurrence which
is beyond the control of the Mr. Good Container Homes shall excuse performance until such occurrences are
remedied.
We propose to furnish material and labor – complete in accordance with the stated specifications, for the sum

days after the completion of “our” work for the minimum order quantity and/or the final batch of units. If the

Mr. Good Container Homes queue, which will delay when the Purchaser receives their order. If payment is
missed for the same batch a second time, then the order will be considered cancelled by the Purchaser.

Manufacturer’s Warranty. Purchaser expressly understands and agrees that warranties regarding materials,
workmanship or use of the Equipment (the "Manufacturer's Warranty"), if any, are made exclusively by the
Manufacturer and not by Mr. Good Container Homes, and if made, shall be encompassed within a separate
agreement. Customer's exclusive remedy under Manufacturer's Warranty shall be as provided therein and shall
lie exclusively against and be obtainable only from the Manufacturer, and Purchaser expressly agrees that it
shall have no claim or cause of action against Mr. Good Container Homes in the event the Manufacturer is for
any reason unwilling or unable to perform under the terms of Manufacturer's Warranty.
Liability Disclaimer. Mr. Good Container Homes SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR
LOSSES ARISING FROM ANY USE, DISTRIBUTION, MISUSE, OR ANY SERVICES PROVIDED IN
CONNECTION THEREWITH THE PRODUCTS BEING PROVIDED.
Recommendation. Homeowners using product should use the bathroom ventilation to make sure that proper
ventilation is provided inside the living space.
