We are writing to inform you that our granddaughter Dimple Claire L. Oliveros, who is
a student of grade 9 – OLP in your school shall not be able to attend this afternoon
classes because she will be attending training on tennis at the tennis sports court at
center mall in preparation to the upcoming Inter-private school sports this month so
therefore kindly excuse her from this afternoon classes only.

We would appropriate if you can extend favorable action to this matter.
