The Scope
 Provision of Pre Engineering Data collection Procedure; carry out Ship Impact
India analysis of HY platform; global in-place analysis & impact of other jacket members;
pushover analysis for repaired jacket; design and detail engineering of repair
Material: methodology preferably using grouted clamps of following major damages; AFC
12 tons Nax™ Q140 drawings for clamp fabrication; issue “fit to for purpose” certificate from the ONGC
approved Third Party certifying agency.
UHPC grout
 QC inspection of fabrication of clamps and components necessary for the
strengthening work; supply of all grout materials, tools, equipment and grouting
Offshore Days: personnel for the installation process; supervise installation and grout the
3 days unstressed grouted clamps as per the approved design; as-built drawings and
close-out report with grouting certificates.

The Challenges
 There was extensive structural damages to the East side of the Wellhead Platform
‘HY’ of Heera Field due to some collision by vessel. NauticAWT was to design an
adequate strengthening option for the damaged structure and carry out the
strengthening and repair work reinstating the structure to its original design purpose.

The Services
 The team performed Detailed Engineering Analysis and design of the jacket level
repair. The analysis of the jacket and the engineering design of the repair and
strengthening method was carried out using SACS and ABAQUS software.
NauticAWT carried out all engineering work in-house.
