Steps in Making your Theoretical Study

1. Choose amongst Company (you cannot have the same company)

2. Answer the following questions in minimum of 500 words each.

 Study the key aspects of Company's corporate culture.

 Understand how its culture contributed to the success of the

 Identify the functional and dysfunctional aspects of Company's


corporate culture. Identify at least 3 for each.

 Discuss and debate whether the prevalent culture at Company


needed to change to reflect today's realities and for the long term.

 Explore ways in which the company could address this issue.
