Product Description

The Awareness Technology Stat Fax® 2600 Microplate Washer is a fully automatic system designed for use with enzyme-linked
immunosorbent assays (ELISA or EIA). This includes processing clinical diagnostic assays, multistep washing, rinsing, and
soaking.The microprocessor-controlled Stat-Fax® 2600 accepts a wide array of standard microplates and micro strip trays, and
even accommodates partially filled micro strip trays. The instrument can also work with microwells having flat-, round-, or V-
bottom configurations. Fully programmable, the Stat-Fax® 2600 washer provides multistep combinations of dispense, aspirate,
combined aspirate/dispense, and timed soak cycles.The Stat Fax® 2600 makes operation convenient with its user-
programmable tests. The unit can store approximately 50 separate tests with up to 20 steps in its non-volatile memory.
Moreover, the instrument can be programmed to automatically perform a rinse operation at a particular time of day, and can
be used in the direct mode whereby wash operations are selected via the built-in keypad.With the well depth configuration
feature, the Stat Fax® 2600 gives the user freedom to assign the well depth, if preferred to the automatic well sensing option.
For volumes larger than the capacity of the wells, or to reduce bubbles, a top-wash feature is included so the wash solution
may be aspirated off the top as it is being dispensed. In addition to the 8-probe combination dispense/aspirate wash head, the
Stat Fax® 2600 Microplate Washer is supplied with wash, rinse, and waste bottles utilizing integral electronic level sensors, and
