Kanyan Corporation was formed in 2019 with a singular goal in mind. This goal was to
significantly improve the lives of working class people in Lao PDR. It is our mission to build
affordable housing developments that spur economic growth and enrich neighborhoods across
the country.
Modern Living @ Kanyan is the first and best in its class when it comes to quality affordable
housing properties in Lao PDR. The Modern Living development project will provide high quality,
affordable housing for migrant workers currently working or seeking employment in the capital
province of Vientiane.
Vientiane’s population is expected to increase from a current level of 800,000 to 1.4 million as a
direct result of the impending opening of the Chinese High Speed Rail (HSR) in 2021. By then,
Lao PDR will be the first ASEAN country to enjoy the economic benefits of the first HSR directly
connecting China to Southeast Asia.
The expected increase of new migrant workers in the capital city is predicted to create a huge
and unprecedented demand for rental houses and apartment flats.

Well & Able Holdings Pte Ltd is a Singapore based company with offices and factories in
Shanghai. The company has representatives worldwide and focuses efforts in Asia, the Middle
East, Europe and South Africa.
W&A designs and manufactures next generation building materials (Magnesium Oxide or
BESTATM boards, ALC, Steel Columns & Beams, etc.,) and pre-fabricated building systems to
address the growing demand for fast, efficient and sustainable construction methodology .
For the past twenty (20) years, the company has been involved in over 250 major and mid-sized
projects, for design, fabrication, installation and construction. W&A is actively involved in
affordable housing projects which include apartments, dormitories, luxury villas, and malls across
the globe.

3D Design and Furnishings
1. US $2,000 Initial Deposit within 10 working days upon signing of Letter of Interest.
Please note that loan financing of up to US$10,000 is available for all investors.
*Investment amount does not include legal fees and government tax (estimated at US
$2,000).
Guaranteed 6% per year for 10 years = US $100 per month net after maintenance fees and
taxes.
Investors receive US $1,200 per year net return on their investment per unit (above fixed
deposit rates).
