Introduction: Consulting ( particularly management consulting) is now accepted
as key professional resource for making Small & Medium Enterprises( SMEs)
and business becoming more competitive and achieve desired growth in this
dynamic business environment.
Consulting services from a qualified and experienced Consultant helps small /
medium business to identify, analyse and resolve key components and issues
faced by them resulting in performance improvement and exploit business
opportunities in short as also long term.
Such consultancy services cover fairly broad spectrum of activities
(individually and in networking) including organisational restructuring, financial
advice, HR, performance improvement, market related, training, starting a new
venture (identification & selection, Project report, project finance, company
formation etc.)
Objective of the MDP: Providing consultancy services to Small & Medium
Enterprises and Start Ups requires a different approach. The consultant while

Semi-government organisations; finance & banking professionals and Others in

Faculty: The program would be conducted & coordinated by Mr. Padmin Buch.
He is senior visiting faculty with management institutions including Ahmedabad
University, EDII and others. Mr Buch was earlier Managing Director of GITCO -
the premier consultancy organisation. Mr. Buch an MBA and Certified Management
Consultant (CMC) has more than 30 years of experience in the fields of
Management, Project and other forms of Consultancy.
The programme would also have senior professional from the consultancy
domain area.
Nominal Registration Fee: Rs.500/- per participant inclusive of GST. Fee include
course fee, course material and Tea / Coffee. The cheque may please be drawn
in the name of ‘Ahmedabad Management Association.’ If you wish to avail
