During my employment in agency I worked as a consultant and leading consultant on development projects,
implementation, improving and preparation for certification of management systems, in accordance with requirements
of international standards, with over 50 clients. My main responsibilities were:
- Analyses of clients business practice, including identification of potential weaknesses in fulfillment of
requirements of international standards
- Planning of projects with necessary elements in the fields of development and implementation of requirements of
standards and coordinate activates with project team members
- Reengineering business processes and defining methods for evaluation of key performance indicators
- Creating and writing necessary documents- politics, manuals, procedures, instructions, forms, KPI reports
- Training of employees for implementation of requirements management systems in daily business practice and for
internal auditor
- Participation in internal audits of the management systems according to the requirements of the applied standards
- Determining nonconformance, analyzing the root cause, defining corrective measures and measurements for
improving quality of products, services and processes.
As a member teams for development and implementation of standardized management system, I took part in over 120
