Nanjing Auto Electric Co., Ltd.(NAEC) was established in the year of 2001. We mainly focused on

the development and promotion of automatic prefabrication and construction machines for tank

construction for industries of Oil & Gas, Petroleum, and Petrochemical since company establishment.

We specialized in various automatic tank welding machines for tank farm construction.

In China, four leading oil & gas engineering construction companies all used our tank construction

solutions and automatic equipment to construct the PORT TANK FARM FOR OIL IMPORT,

RECEIVING TANK FARM OF EXPLORATION, FEEDING TANK FARM AND MIDDLE TANK FARM

FOR REFINERY AND PETROCHEMICAL. Also, for the construction of China strategic oil depots,

within nearly 20 years, we have supported SINOPEC, CNPC, CNOOC, CNCEC and all the

construction companies went through the following three stages:

Stage I: It is a partial automation age that from completely manual welding to partial automation

welding, this improvement has shortened the construction duration from one year to six months for

one tank.

Stage II: It is a complete mechanization/automation age, the usage of our classic automatic

welding machines has shortened the construction duration for one 100,000 m³ tank from six

months to less than three months.

Stage III: By full use of our lean-fabrication and lean-construction implementation method, also

combined with our new TOP-TO- BOTTOM construction method, the construction period for one

100,000 m³ tank was shortened to one month from the original three months.

In the same way, by using the above 2) and 3) achievements, from the year of 2004, we cooperated

with world-class international EPC contractors who are specialized in tank engineering, such as CBI

in China, the LNG terminal construction project of SAIPEM in China, the SATORP EXPORT tank

farm of ROTARY constructed in SAUDI, the Tank farm in Fujairah, UAE undertaken by ROTARY for

EPC work, etc.

Of course, our achievements in worldwide is not limited as the above mentioned. And we do believe
