2-2 Operation of the Oil Skimmer


The oil skimmer starts operating when the NC power of the machine is switched on.
The oil skimmer stops operating by switching off the NC power or pressing the emergency stop
button.

3-3 Adjusting Belt Tension and Touching Belt to the Restricted Chute
Tools to be used: Philips type screwdriver
Allen wrench (5 mm)
< Procedure >
(1) Detach the cover (see 3-2).
(2) Loosen the hexagon head bolts (M6 × 10, 2 pcs.) which clamp the belt tension adjusting
bracket.
(3) Pull the belt tension adjusting bracket to give appropriate tension to the belt.

(4) When adjusting the tension, bring the belt into light contact with the restricted chute.

(5) Securely tighten the hexagon head bolts (M6 × 10, 2 pcs.) which clamp the belt tension
