 I learned that the United Nations are formed after the second world war in order to maintain
peace and order all over the globe.
 I learned that the UN is doing these peace-keeping operations in order to neutralize and disarm
identified groups in the eastern DRC and to ‘stabilize’ CAR and northern Mali
 I learned that these peace-keeping operations are for long-term peace and not just for short
term peace keeping

2. The three things that are still unclear to me…

 United Nation’s Power all through out the years whether it is diminishing or increasing
 How they manage to do these peace keeping operations without any conflict
