A. Composting

> Research Objectives

The main objective of this research is to develop an integrated and environmentally sound
waste management system, which the target groups and the final beneficiaries of the research
will benefit of its result and specific objectives in terms of:

1. Develop an integrated and environmentally organic waste management system that ensures
the adequate collection and treatment and sustainable methods, In tourist areas with close
agriculture activity.

2. Involve the different necessary stakeholder to ensure the proper application of the project
municipalities , tourist activities , exixting recycles

3. Enchance the knowledgeand good practices of the stakeholders involed

In general, the research brings

1. Contribution to the overall sustainability of the area

2. Improvement of overall waste management in the area

3. Increased recycling levels and reduction of organic waste in land fills

 Scope and Limitations

Composting is widely – known as on environmentally sustainability method of food

scraps and garden/ yard clippings .Composting is a system of succession of microbial activities.

In this study development of integrated and environmentally organic waste management

system is being system discussed. The availability of new amendment to manage the soil
production with the application of compost .

 Significance of the study

Compost is decomposed organic material, such as leaves, grass, clippings and waste. It
provides many essential nutrients for plant growth and therefore is often used as
fertilizer. Compost also improves soil structure so that soil can easily used the correct
amount of moisture , nutrients and air.

B. Alternative Energy

 Research Objective

1. Provide energy to the society. The objectives is to permit everyone to use electricity.

1.1 Replacing energy sources that submit emission . The objective is to keep our
place habitable and pleasant.

1.2 Replacing energy source need to be imported. The objective is to be less

dependent on other people.

2. Test the performance of biogas extractor.

3.Preliminary Testing

3.1 Operating Pressure

3.2 Operating Temperature

 Scope and Limitation

This study is focused mainly on the design and development of biogas extractor
from cow dung for the production of bio energy. It includes the design and
specification and materials and system components selection. It also includes
fabrication of prototype.

 Significance of the Study

The design of development of this machine would be a basis of interest and

would be beneficial to different sectors around the country. To the Department of
Energy , this study will greatly help them in the production of renewable sources
of energy . To the cattle industry, this study will help them manage the animal
manure and convert it into useful energy. This conversion will provide a
sustainable source of energy that can give power to their local farm land.

 Research Objectives

For must food products

1. Ensure the safety of the products

1.1 Pressure it in good condition
2. Minimize product losses throughout food handling
2.1 Distribution

 Scope and Limitations of the Study

Food Packaging is used to protect food on environment contamination and other

influences . It is key to ensuring the quality and safety of food.

 Significance of the Study

Innovations in food packaging systems will help meet evolving need at the
market , such as consumer preference for “healthy” and high quality food
products and reduction of the negative environmental impacts of food packaging.
