4.3.17.1 GENERAL
The Coal Fired Power Plant and its accessories furnished under this
contract shall be designed to perform satisfactorily burning coal
(bituminous, sub bituminous or lignite) and light oil fuel or the range of
values indicated.
Fuel analyses specified herein, are preliminary and provided to the Bidder
for his reference.
In case the Bidder requires any other item to be covered by the fuel and
analysis compared to those listed below, the Bidder must state that in the
Proposal.

The Minimum and Maximum Range of Design Coal shall be used to design the Boiler.
The Typical Design Coal shall be used for Performance Test Guarantee purposes.
