Improvement

Ensure safety harness used while all

height work activities. Also, proper
work platform should be made and
work permit should be in force for
all height work activities.

Ensure necessary PPE's pertaining

hot works should be arranged and
provided to the workers engaged in
hot works. Also, work permit should
be in force.

Ensure proper electrical DB placed

at site as per the standard and all
connections through the DB's.
 Improvement

Ensure only double insulated

electrical wires used at site.
Domestics electrical wires strictly
not allowed at site.

Ensure proper top used while cable

inserting in the socket. Also, proper
DB should be used.

Ensure safety shoes must be

arranged and provided to all
workers.

Ensure proper work platform should

be used with all safety measures.

Ensure safe guard must be fixed on

the grinder.
 Improvement

Ensure necessary PPE's should be

arranged and provided to the worker
while handling chop saw cutter
machine.
