NTKJ standard inspection is applied.
Release and abrasion Marks: As long as the marks are not interfering
functionality of sun light concentration, the lenses are satisfying our quality control.
Details are shown our inspection specimen.
Chipping and cracking: Chipping is allowed as long as it exists within 5mm from
every edge. Cracking must not exist.
Dust and particle: Below spot gauge 2.0.
Warp: below 3mm when placed on flat plane.

Others: Other aspects can be discussed upon customer requests.

３． Packing
Package: Foam polyethylene sheet protected.

４． Others
Treatment of the lens:
This product is a large convex lens. Care must be taken when the lens is
used under the Sun. In order to avoid injury and damage to the lens, clean gloves
must be worn when the lens is handled. This product is made by Methacryl resin.
Therefore scratches can easily be made on the product when the dry clothes are used to
clean. Use soft clothes damped with mild detergent after tightly wring the clothes,
when necessary. Maximum care should be taken when the lens is cleaned by wiping
along Fresnel circle and not to damage peaks of Fresnel.
Prohibit of copying the product.
Copying the product by any methods are prohibited.
