Warehouse Activity Monitor (WAM).

T-code – LL01

LL01 allows users to monitor critical WM objects for incompletion or lack of activity and to do follow-up
actions to complete the documents. The objects that WAM monitors are:

• Unconfirmed TOs
• Open TRs
• Open posting change notices
• Critical deliveries
• Negative stocks
• Interim storage stock, without movement
1.) Unconfirmed Transfer Orders – Unconfirmed TO’s are open transfer orders that were created
but have not been confirmed within the time parameters defined in the system.
 To confirm TOs, use LT23 (by TO), LT24 (by material) or LT12 using specific TO#

2.) Open transfer requirements – A request to transfer materials at a particular time from a source
storage bin to a destination storage bin in a warehouse complex. Is called transfer requirement,
here Open transfer requirements shows the TR’s which have not been fully processed

 Procedure to clear – Select TR number from the list and click ‘Create TO in Background’
to process open TR into TO. Once TO created please go confirm via LT12, LT23 or LT24.

3.) Open posting change notices - For this object, the warehouse activity monitor displays open
posting change notices which have not been fully processed within the time parameters defined
in the system. A posting change is not considered to be fully processed until the status of the
posting change notice has been set to "U" (processed).
 Procedure to clear – Copy the Posting Change No.

 Go to T-code LU02 and provide Posting change no.

 Change the Post Change status to “U” and click “Posting.”

4.) Open Deliveries - For this object, the warehouse activity monitor displays all WM-relevant
deliveries for which not all items have been picked for which the time period for the goods issue
for the delivery was exceeded. This is mainly used to follow-up with shipping personnel, it is not
best practice to clear deliveries through this monitor.

5.) Negative stock - Negative stock that has existed in the warehouse longer than the time
parameters defined for this object. Negative stock is recorded in the system when
 Posting changes have not been completely processed.
 Goods receipts have been processed in WM that have not yet been posted in Inventory
Management

 Procedure to clear negative stock – Copy material

 Go to LS24 – Enter Warehouse number, Material, plant & Batch (only for Batch
managed material)

 Check where the negative quantity present.

 Create TO & confirm to move Positive Qty to Negative Qty,

 Once TO is created and confirmed, check entries in LS24 again.

6.) Stock in interim storage areas - Positive stock in an interim storage area that has not moved
within the time parameters defined in the system. Critical processes displayed includes the
following possibilities:
 Critical stock in the interim shipping area for deliveries may indicate goods issues for
deliveries that have not yet taken place.
 Stock in the interim storage area for differences may indicate differences (from
inventory or when confirming transfer orders) that have not yet been cleared.
 Stock in the interim area for goods receipts may indicate stock that has not yet been put
away.
 To clear the interim bin, the quantity needs to be moved into detail bin using LT01 (see
work instructions for this under negative stock)
