Monday, May 09, 2016 O800 Begin Detective School, Sgt Troy Titzer is going to Detective School as
well, I see Sgt Titzer every day and ask him for advice or any
status and he informs me that 2 Sergeants and Captain
Neumann from PSU reviewed the document, Major Bill Beck
received it, LtCol Dan Lugo had a copy of it and also Major Jack
Johnson had it and were reviewing it.

Thursday, May 12, 2016 O800 Served with a NOI for dishonesty, ordered to provide 18 additional
memorandums by 05/20/2016, LtCol Wade Webb immediately
removes me from EOD and tells me to report to Major Deston
Coleman at Knutson Station

Friday, May 20, 2016 1400? Graduate Detective School, turn-in four weeks of time accounting
sheets to Capt. Jen Borquez for the last week of Detective school
and the upcoming three weeks of vacation that I have been
authorized to take.

observer Sgt John Allen is present, called in from vacation

Wednesday, June 08, 2016 O700 Meeting in LtCol Webb's office, civilian attire and coffee. Discussing personal lives
and experiences in the Marine Corps waiting for Francesca Garcia to come in at
0800, Mrs Garcia read the Emergency Grievance I had typed up and said it is not
a grievance, but it did warrant immediate attention, she gave it to LtCol Webb for
review
Friday, June 10, 2016 1732 Phone Call from SWAT Capt Jason Leonard, he has my emergency grievance and he
will be reviewing it, told me I was not in any trouble, things need to settle down a
little, says he "sees me coming back" and that hopefully it is all over soon

vehicle mileage, I text Pete Curtain, "my vehicle number is 08888 my mileage is
126427

Thursday, June 16, 2016 1730 Phone call from Capt Marcy Cox, ordered to immediately return to
Phoenix, removed from School, return to Phoenix at
approximately 2130

Friday, June 17, 2016 O830 Meeting with Capt Marcy Cox, Sgt Jason Gibbs, and Tpr. Frank
Ceballos. Releived of Duty, took everything from me, badge, vehicle, ect.
Frank Ceballos drove me home, would not tell me why I was relieved

Monday, June 20, 2016 O830 As required, daily phone call to Frank Ceballos checking in. I am required to stay at
my house from 0800-1600. Not allowed to leave to even go to the store, this is
house arrest, of course I ask why I am being punished and nobody will tell me.

Tuesday, June 21, 2016 O841 Daily phone call to check in, each time that I actually get ahold of Frank Ceballos I
ask for an update, when Frank Ceballos doesn't answer the phone I check in with a
Civilian office worker named Dave or Dale, not sure of the last name, he is not a
sworn officer.

Tuesday, June 21, 2016 1933 Text message to Frank Ceballos, I want to go to Human resources in the morning,
he asks why, I need to get a copy of my personell file. He tell me to stand by, at
2016 hrs, Capt Marcy Cox calls me, she is in Tennesee, she has asked LtCol Webb and
she tells me she has put in a request to get my personell file for me.
Permission to go to Human Resources was denied

inspection conducted by Capt Jason Leonard (I did not learn that this meeting took
place until I saw it on the CAR form I received on July 20, 2016.)

Wednesday, July 13, 2016 O800 Wife dropped me off at Headquarters to retrieve my badge, credentials,
vehicle. Drove a police vehicle to Ben Avery to retrieve my
weapons. Reported to Major Coleman at Knutson Station,
talked to Major Coleman about upcoming ALLECA and HDS
recert, previously approved event and mandatory school.

Wednesday, July 13, 2016 O900 While at the armory retrieving my weapons, Rick Vankeurren tell me that he was
questioned about the Total Containment Vessel that I was being criminally
investigated for, he said he was questioned "a couple of weeks ago"

Monday, July 18, 2016 AM Denied ALLECA, Bomb ReCert School, told I was to stay in an unmarked
unit and have as little contact with the public as possible.
