Step 1: Please ensure the website is https://edexchange.io

Step 2: Click on sign-up. Fill in username and active email

Step 3: Enter a new password.

3.1 Password must have minimum of 8 characters, to a

maximum of 16 characters.

3.2 Must contain at least 1 uppercase letter

3.3 Must contain at least 1 number
3.4 May contain special characters, example #$%

 Step 6: Choose an option for Two Factor
Authentication (2FA) Security–

6.1a Download the Google Authenticator

App or the Authy.com App.

6.1b Click enable and scan the 2FA code

6.2 Or choose Email Request.

Step 7: Know-Your-Customer (KYC) / ID Verification

7.1 Enter your real name

(first name, middle and last name, as stated, on your
government issued ID)

7.2 Date of Birth (Must be 18 years and above)

7.3. Select Country of birth.
7.4 Enter City

7.5 Acceptable documents.

( Drivers License, International Passport, National ID,
Permanent Voters card or any other Government
issued Identification Card)

7.6 Enter Expiry date (For documents without expiry dates, specify any
future date)

7.7 Upload your ID documents:

7.7a ID must be clean and clear.

7.7b ID must contain the whole part of it, do not crop out information on
the ID.
7.7c ID must contain a clear picture of user’s face
7.7d ID must tally with nationality
7.7e ID must not be more than 3MB
7.7f ID must have the three names or two names filled on the KYC
7.7g ID must be same as the type of ID chosen
7.7h ID must contain front and back information
7.7i ID must be in good form. (damaged IDs are not valid)
