    Sir:

    We, the undersigned leases/farmer beneficiaries would like to petition for the coverage of lot
    5732 of the Cadastral survey of Pototan, of the landholding owned by MATIAS YUSAY (FLORENCIA VDA
    DE YUSAY and LUCIA YUSAY) located at Nanga, Pototan, Iloilo under PD 27. We have been tillers leases
    of the said landholdings since 1950s and we would like to be emancipated from the bondage of this
    agrarian problem.

    Kindly apprise us of our rights as well as the rights of the landowner under the agrarian law and
    other related rules and regulations so that this agrarian problem be resolve fairly and judiciously.

    Attached herewith are photocopies of some supporting documents.
