    We are 5th year Civil Engineering students of Camarines Norte State College currently conducting
    the research entitled “Effects of Rice Husk as partial replacement for Fine Aggregates in the
    Compressive Strength of Concrete Hollow Blocks” in fulfillment for the requirements of the
    curriculum. In lieu with this, we are required to conduct compressive strength test on January 31,
    2019, Thursday.
    Knowing that your generous office has a machine for the test, we would like to ask for permission
    to conduct a test in order for us to determine the compressive strength of each concrete hollow
    block treatment.
