This is in connection with our Travel Order No. 516, dated June 22, 2018 to visit
publishing houses and bookstores to procure updated textbooks and references for the Revised
Ladderized Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology program of the College of Industrial
Technology.

In the five days searching for books and other references we covered 3 publishing
companies and 3 importers of books. Trade books were available in Forefront Book Co., Inc.
Great Books Trading and New Century Books and not available in Rex Book Store, C & E
Publishing, Inc. and Lorimar Publishing, Inc. (Please refer to attached Certificate of Appearance).

Heavy traffic along the main thorough fares hamper us to visit other publishing houses
and the amount allotted for the purchase had already exceeded.

Thank you for giving us the chance to visit those publishing houses again.
