Havana is a two storey house with 3 bedrooms with usable floor area of 134 square meters. Note that the area of the terraces are
not included, for purposes of summing up the total floor are it would be 164 sq.m. This layout would fit in a lot with 146 sq.m. only,
having the lot frontage of 11.20 meters and a minimum depth of 13 meters.
This house plan is very flexible in such a way that in can also be fire-walled on one or two sides. The garage side can be fire-walled
since this is an open space, having one side closed still well-ventilated by the open front, additionally on the side of the bedroom
there is no provision of window.
On the other side, still appropriate to fire-wall since the wall is almost without any window. In effect, with one side fire-walled, the
minimum lot frontage would be 11.20 meters, and two side firewall would require only 9.7 meter lot front.

The ground floor plan consists of the open garage which can accommodate 1 SUV type vehicle, carefully designed to have ample
space when you open both doors of the vehicle. This area could be design with entrance to the dining area as access to the inside
of the house. Small porch is located at the front and opens to the living or receiving area viewing all the way to the kitchen. As you
can see from receiving to dining and to the kitchen is open to make these area look more spacious.
Going further into detail, at the right side, the toilet and bath and storage area under the staircase are located. On the left side in
line with the garage is a small bedroom which can also serve as guest room or a maid’s room. At the back is laundry or service
area, or it can also be dirty kitchen.

Going into the second floor of the house, the master’s bedroom measures 4.5 m by 4.0 m or you have 18 square meters with built-
in cabinets. it also opens to a small terrace at the front, good area for viewing the horizon or landscape maybe. If this is not enough,
there is a hallway going to the spacious terrace at the left side measuring 3.7 m by 8.3 m. With this area, you can already make this
as venue for small gathering, also a good area to relax at night gazing the stars during the peaceful night. On the far back is a
standard bedroom also equipped with built-in cabinets. A common toilet and bath is also provided to serve the two bedrooms.
