You are requested to give clarification on following points before codification of new
items can be done.

1. How the necessary has arisen for procurement of new items now and how the work has
being carried till date without these items.
The work of Spring testing is being carried out with old machine.New machine is
required for capacity enhancement.

2. Full justification of procurement of items and quantity required for items.

New machine is required to enhance the Spring testing Capacity.
Quantity required is 01 No. only.

3. Please confirm after checking the available list in MCO that no other alternate material
available which can be utilized.
No alternate material is available.

4. Please intimate approximate cost of the items.

5. Please furnish complete specification alongwith Pt.No.ISI No. Drg.No. size and acceptable
brand name if essential.
