of all the manuals and electrical drawings for the
Machines.

provided during handover of the machine to customer.

24. Maintenance Contract:

a. The progressive maintenance will be ensured by the
supplier.
b. The supplier will ensure after sales service (on
cost) and do necessary yearly maintenance contract
with SKS(Customer).
c. Provision of online diagnostic/repair/support should be
included in the proposal.
25. Pre-shipment Inspection: As per govt. Rules.

26. Provision of Local Support:

To be specified by the supplier. The principal must have
local agent and local wages to provide support (all
possible necessary support).
27. Contract details:
The detail contracts of principal & local supplier to be
provided for further communication/liaisons.
