12. An extra sugar elevator and conveyor with all necessary
equipments will have to be provided with the existing
system that can run automatically during production
period. Here there will be an intermediate store /room
made by glass and brick wall. Room must have Air cooler
and de- humidition system (this room will be built by
BSFIC) but AC and humidification system will be
provided by the bidder.

14. All operating parameters must be in accordance with
international standard & manufacturer must have relevant
ISO 9001-2015 certificate & a copy should be submitted
with tender document
15. Photocell sensor control for tracing eye mark precisely

machine directly.
18. Should include Vibrator, agitator & electromagnetic

21. All components those are in direct contact with product

480C ambient temperatures & 90% relative humidity

available power supply of 3phase, 415°10% volts, 50 Hz
A.C. If the power supply is different, in that case the
required transformer/converting equipment should be
supplied as integral part of the machine
