Warranty : The Supplier should give 2 -years warranty that the roller 20
compacter is new, unused, and of the most recent or current
models, and that they incorporate all recent improvements in
design and materials, unless Provided otherwise in the Contract.
After sales Service: The supplier should have local agent to give maintenance service 15
under its warranty period.
Spare parts : Compulsory spare parts should be delivered along with the truck. 15
Certification: The bidder should submit the manufacturers ISO or other 10
standard certification along with the bid document
Manuals and During documentation the supplier should attach the 10
Brochures manufacturer brochures and the operation and maintenance
manual during delivery period .Be noted all manuals should be in
English
Manufacturer’s/ The Bidder shall require the Manufacturer /manufacturer’s 15
dealer Authorization authorized dealer to fill in this Form in accordance with the
instructions indicated. This letter of authorization should be on
the letterhead of the Manufacturer and should be
signed by a person with the proper authority to sign documents
that are binding on the Manufacturer/manufacturers authorized
dealer.
Inspections and Tests: The Supplier shall at its own expense and at no cost to the 5
Procuring Entity carry out all such tests and/or inspections of the
trucks and Related Services. Whenever the Supplier is ready to
carry out any such test and inspection, it shall give a reasonable
advance notice, including the place and time, to the Purchaser.
The Supplier shall obtain from any relevant third party or
manufacturer any necessary permission or consent to enable the
Procuring Entity or its designated representative to attend the test
and/or inspection.
Shipment protection: The Supplier shall provide such shipment of the roller 10
compactor is required to prevent their damage or deterioration
during transit to their final destination. During transit, the
equipment shall be protected sufficient to withstand, without
limitation, rough handling and exposure to extreme temperatures,
salt and precipitation, and open storage.
